Website services and terms

Updated 7 November 2026. These are the advertised service terms. An enquiry does not place an order or create a payment obligation. We confirm your scope, delivery date and quote in writing before work starts.

Prices and plans

Total prices are in New Zealand dollars. Any applicable GST is included. Starter: $399 setup plus $59/month. Busy: $399 setup plus $129/month. Both have a 12-month initial term, then continue month to month. First-year totals are $1,107 and $1,947 respectively. Own it: $1,490 once, with optional care at $39/month and no minimum term.

Included work

Starter includes a five-page website, first-draft copy, a domain registered in your name, hosting, SSL, backups, an enquiry form, assistance setting up an eligible Google Business Profile and two small edits each month. Small edits include wording, photos, prices, hours and service areas. Additional pages, redesigns and other larger work are quoted and agreed separately. One draft revision round is included before launch.

Busy adds missed-call text-back, review requests by text, a monthly Google post and a new service or suburb page each quarter. Busy is available by arrangement: messaging features, availability, consent requirements and usage limits must be agreed and tested before activation. Do not assume unlimited SMS or that features are active from an enquiry.

Own it includes the agreed site built and handed over at launch. Ongoing hosting, domain renewal and care arrangements are agreed in your quote.

Delivery and content

We aim to launch within seven days of receiving complete content and access, subject to the written project schedule. You approve the draft before launch and must have rights to the content you supply. Google listings depend on eligibility, verification and Google's decisions. Search positions, enquiries and sales are not guaranteed.

Leaving and ownership

After the first 12 months, give 30 days’ notice to cancel Starter or Busy. Leaving during the first 12 months costs the lesser of the remaining monthly charges or $300. Your domain is in your name from day one. We provide a copy of your site when you leave. Third-party services and licences may need their own accounts or replacement arrangements.

We give 60 days’ notice of price changes, and you may leave before a change takes effect if you do not accept it.

Payments and your rights

Payment timing and the scope of any extras are set out in the written quote. This website does not take card payments. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under New Zealand law. Contact Vlad through the enquiry form about service questions or concerns.
