Privacy

Updated 7 November 2026.

Frank Websites uses the information you provide to discuss and respond to your website enquiry. Vlad manages this site. For access, correction or privacy questions, email hello@aucklandautomateit.co.nz (our existing business contact while the Frank domain is being configured), or use the enquiry form and put “Privacy request” in your message.

What we collect and why

The form collects your name, business name, email, optional phone number and project brief, together with submission time and the page you sent it from. Do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.

We keep a daily one-way hash derived from your IP address to limit spam. It is not used for advertising. Hosting providers may process connection logs needed to operate and protect the service.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database through OpenAI Sites. Access to the inbox is restricted to the site owner. These providers may process information outside New Zealand. We do not sell enquiry information or add you to a marketing list just because you contact us.

Unconverted enquiries are retained for up to 90 days; expired entries are removed when the form is next used. If you become a client, information needed to deliver the service and meet record-keeping obligations may be retained separately for longer.

Your choices

You can ask to access or correct your information, or request deletion where retention is not required. Email the privacy contact or use the enquiry form with the email address you originally supplied. We may verify your identity before releasing information.

Cookies and third parties

This site does not run advertising trackers or optional analytics. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives your connection information. Owner inbox sign-in is provided by ChatGPT and uses its authentication cookies. Provider privacy policies also apply to those services.

You may contact the New Zealand Privacy Commissioner if a privacy concern remains unresolved.
